We have a 24-hour, 50% non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, if you are late and miss the boat or if you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total. If you arrive with less people than you made a reservation for you will be charged 50% of the total for the number of people not there. If your trip gets cancelled because of weather, you will not be charged and we hope to accommodate you at a future date.. The weather severity will be determined by the captain and the decision to cancel because of inclement weather can only be made by the captain.
